Canaccord Genuity acts as Bookrunner to LifeSpeak on its C$125 million Initial Public Offering on the TSX

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on July 6, 2021, it completed an initial public offering (“IPO”) of common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”), for LifeSpeak Inc. (“LifeSpeak” or the “Company”) (TSX:LSPK) for gross proceeds of C$125.0 million (C$143.8 million if the over-allotment option is exercised in full). The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Treasury Offering of C$90.0 million to pursue growth strategies, which include platform expansion, pursuing strategic M&A and strengthening the Company’s financial position.
