Canaccord Genuity acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to GrammaTech, a high-profile provider of application security testing products and software research services and portfolio company of Reynolda Equity Partners, on the sale of its software business to Battery Ventures

The transaction establishes a new, independent entity that will operate under the CodeSecure name. Canaccord Genuity acted as exclusive financial advisor to GrammaTech.
