Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that its client CareCloud Corporation was acquired by MTBC Inc. on January 8, 2020.

CareCloud provides integrated clinical and financial technology solutions to high-growth physician practices and medical groups across more than 20 specialties.  The Company’s cloud-based software platform provides industry-leading practice management, electronic health record, revenue cycle management and patient experience management solutions that streamline workflows, drive efficiencies and increase revenue for practices.
