Canaccord Genuity acts as Exclusive Financial Adviser to Orsys Groupe shareholders on the disposal of a minority stake to Azulis Capital and BNP Paribas Développement

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that its clients, M. Denis Levy-Willard, founder of Orsys Groupe, and Capza, completed the disposal of a 38% stake in Orsys Groupe (the “Company”) to Azulis Capital and BNP Paribas Développement on 19 March 2021.

Orsys Groupe is a leading French company in the professional training sector for digital technologies, management, personal development and business professions.

Orsys Groupe has presence in 4 countries in Europe and has trained more than 90,000 people across its 27 training centers and through online sessions in 2019.

The Company generated €72m sales in 2019. Canaccord Genuity organised a targeted auction with selected private equity funds.

This transaction further reinforces Canaccord Genuity’s credentials in the professional training sector as well as its relationships with private equity funds.
