Andrew Cohen has spent his career advising public and private companies on their mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising initiatives. Since joining the firm in 2017, Andrew has executed numerous engagements on behalf of clients in the technology, marketing, media, and information services industries, including substantial experience completing successful transactions for both founder-owned companies as well as venture capital and private equity firms on portfolio exits, platform add-ons, and other investment activities.
Andrew graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
