Petsky Prunier announces transaction in the Digital Media and Consumer Entertainment Industry
Petsky Prunier is pleased to announce the sale of Spill.com, a movie review and consumer entertainment site, to Hollywood.com. Spill.com was previously owned by MIVA, Inc. (Nasdaq:MIVA).
