Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on October 28, 2015 Ephesus Lighting, a leader in high-output LED lighting for stadiums and other outdoor and industrial applications, completed its sale to Eaton Corporation, a global technology leader in power management solutions that make electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power operate more efficiently, reliably, safely and sustainably. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Canaccord Genuity served as exclusive financial advisor to Ephesus Lighting and its Board of Directors in connection with the transaction.
