With over 25 years’ experience in Financial Planning, Private Banking and Wealth Management, Jeremy heads up Professional & Strategic Partnerships for Canaccord Genuity WM (CGWM) across the UK.  

He is highly focused and passionately committed to growing the CGWM brand in this key sector by ensuring all partners receive the highest possible levels of service, support and ongoing engagement.   

As a highly regarded relationship management and business development executive, he has significant experience across financial planning, private banking, UHNW clients and wealth management and has covered both Onshore and Offshore markets.

Prior to joining CGWM, Jeremy has held senior level roles with Charles Stanley, Standard Life Wealth, Kleinwort Benson, Credit Suisse and Coutts & Co. In terms of qualifications, he is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society as well as holding the IMC and PCIAM designations.

Head of Business Development

Simon graduated from the University of Stirling with an Honours degree in Scottish Literature in 1997 and began his career in financial services with the Edinburgh investment house Friends Ivory & Sime, where he provided support to IFAs as well as its sales team. After relocating to London in 2001, Simon worked in business development for a range of companies including Investec and Aberdeen Asset Management. He joined SEI in 2009, where he worked with IFAs, private banks and direct-to-consumer businesses. Simon joined Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management as part of the acquisition of Punter Southall Wealth and is an Associate Member of the CISI, holding its Diploma in Investment Advice.
