Our history in the UK and Crown Dependencies

We are part of Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., a publicly traded company under the symbol CF on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Established in 1950, it is now a leading global financial services firm, operating in wealth management and capital markets.

Our business in the UK and Europe

The Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management (CGWM) business was established in the UK and Europe in 2012. We have successfully grown our business and reputation over the years. Now, our investment professionals manage and administer £33.7bn of assets (as at 31 December 2023).

In 2022, we took the opportunity to look back at how far we’ve come in the decade since CGWM was formed, and spoke to our colleagues about how they think the business has changed and grown over time.
