I joined the company in 2011 and I am currently responsible for the Finance, Risk Management and Treasury functions. I have worked in financial services for over 25 years, having qualified as a chartered accountant during the early part of my career as an auditor at BDO. I then moved to Deutsche Bank as Head of Finance and Chief Operating Officer of their private wealth management business in Guernsey.

I am a Guernseyman by birth and have spent my whole career working on this beautiful island, albeit as my responsibilities have grown to include our UK business, I now spend a portion of my time in London with the wider team.

A bit about me:

My passion is football. I am a season ticket holder at Tottenham and a coach/committee member at my local grassroots club, Northerners AC. I’ve turned my hand to most sports over the years but have now reached the stage of doing so from the comfort of my armchair.

What does can-do mean to me:

You could call it an ethos, an approach, or an ideology. We simply call it can-do.
